Just curious how many people experience a wierdness of when you wake up on repeating intervals with clocks. Like 1:11 & 2:22 and etc.
Morbid Curiosity, only morbid because waking up every hour & eleven minutes later is hellish.

Once every few nights I will wake up in about 45 minute intervals. Hate when I do that, because I just rollover look at the clock, and then go back to sleep.
I also have a habit of waking up 10 minutes before my alarm rings.

I wake up just before my alarm rings every now and then but pass out so quick I don't notice it -
then when I finally do get up (I set two alarms so I can wake up then get up an hour later) I end up looking at the clock during that hour every 4-12 minutes thinking it has to have been like 59 minutes by now O.o

heh... that happens to me often, but I think it sticks in my mind more because of the numbers. Im pretty sure I wake up at random times but only thise stay in my memory longer
I notice many times and other numbers I see. Things like repeating, or consecutive numbers (12:34 is neat to see on a clock) or any other associations - 9:11, $6.66, 11:10, 4:20, etc.

That's some type of cognitive or observation bias, not sure the word for it. You get it in your head that you see 1:11, 2:22 a lot, so now every time you see it you tally it. And every time you see a different random time, you disregard it.
I always wake up at least five minutes before she does, it's rule #23.

9:11am and 11:11 are my magic ones. Sometimes, 12:34 after eating lunch.
