Fire!Follow

The other day I was at work, talking to some client on the phone when the fire alarms started blaring. So I told the person I would call them back. Grabbed by coat and packsack and headed for the door. All the people start draining out of their cubicles towards the exit. Everything was flowing well and then all of a sudden gridlock. Nothing is moving, not an inch. We are just sitting there.

So I speak up and ask what the problem is? Someone says "the elevators are taking forever!". I am stunned by the sheer stupidity for just half a second then reply "You do realize that elevators stop when the fire alarm goes off and that you are supposed to take the stairs?". Everyone in front of me lets out a collective dumb f[/b]uck "Oh?" and proceeded down the stairs.

Fu[b]cking burn victims would have been real burn victims if it had been a real fire.

You fall victim to popular misconception of "survival of the fittests". Strongest, fastest, smartest has nothing to do with it. It is the one most likely to reach breeding age and reproduce that wins.

If you notice its the slowest, stupid~est that tend to breed the most. Sure their lack of common sense occasionaly snuffs a couple out but not to a degree to get rid of all of them.
