Funny, there are at least 3 games on this site that I have played much more than WoW (just barely played WoW at all so far) but I prefer the WoW stylesheet.

I personally like the EQ2 sheets. The one that makes me wish I were blind is this. Ugh.
This would have to be my favorite. 
In all seriousness, though, I prefer the WoW stylesheet to all others. The majority of the others have too much bright stuff that contrasts the dark in ways that just aren't pleasing to my eye.
