A few weeks ago someone posted a website where you can image your pcitures for avatars? I can't remember what it was and forgot to save the website in my favorites.

Just shamelessly rip them off like everyone else.
When I resize them the come out all blurry. Someone posted a website where you could fix them so they won't be. Any idea what site that is?
No I don't sorry. I could size them for you as I have access to Photoshop.
