I finally got my act together and packed the hospital bag last night and as if he sensed that I was finally prepared, my contractions were pretty strong today. I drove to in-laws from work and they got pretty steady to about 10 minutes and then 7 and so we ate and I drove home and I'm still at about 7 steady, so baby tomorrow I think! If not, Friday. Wish me luck!

I think we're going to leave soon. I fell asleep and was sleeping right through them and then suddenly one woke me right up. I don't want to give birth on the freeway so once I get a few more I think we'll go in.

Good god I forgot how much this stinks. I'm happy and all, but just ugh, you know? I'm definitely popping today, these are so strong I can't talk when I have them.

So you're driving all over the place while having contractions? Jesus. Are you driving to the hospital after you go into labor too? Make the hubby ride shotgun maybe, and have him make noises like a siren to get people out of the way as your water breaks and the baby starts crowning while shifting gears. Just don't make any sudden stops or the little bugger might come flying out.
