Sharpie will come off your monitor with enough Windex and scrubbing. It will not, however, come off your mouse, keyboard or computer desk. Smiley: frown

Rubbing Alcohol will remove it from the mouse and keyboard.

Beating children should be legal until the child is 18.

I suppose then you can shake the young-adult's hand and welcome him/her into the world of the unbeaten. Hopefully they take it well and pass it down to the next generation.

I have had a pretty high success rate at removing things like sharpie and edge dressing and the like (permanent/staining things) with Off or other bug sprays.
