Because no other artist is as bad as Madonna, so they have no other artists to play.
I've been a subscriber to this for a while now, it is awesome for listening at work. I have two stations trained to play the best of country music based on my mood. One that brings tears to your eyes, one that makes you want to take the pickemup truck out in the boonies and tear up some corn fields.
