You're sick?Follow

Then stay the F*CK home, you asshat.

Yes, there really is a reason that management gives you sick leave. Its so you won't bring your infected a$$ to work and make evey one else sick too.

A big thanks to the managers that don't send sick poeple home as well. It's not like we're talking about people with business critical jobs.

Thanks asshats, now I have the flu as well, and yes I came to work. Here's praying I give it back to your sorry a$$.

That is the main reason I stayed home today. I am feeling better but did not want to spread any germs to anyone else. Its crunch time now at work and it would be pretty shitty if I got everyone sick. Also with New Years coming up, no need to ruin other peoples fun.

You say that as if you've completely renounced your Anarchist's Oath to All Things Chaos.

I'm ashamed of you. [:tear:]

I totally know what you mean. Being so pregnant and ready to blow I was super frickin' pissed to learn that this lady that works 2 desks away from me and faxes things all the time (I sit right next to the machine) has been getting over pneumonia for the last two weeks. I went to my manager and was like, "Ok, why didn't anyone TELL me she was sick? She's coughing all over the damn place and touching all our doors." Apparently even my manager didn't know. This girl only told HER manager, who only works two days a week and she apparently didn't think it was necessary to tell the rest of us to wash our hands more frequently and use anti-bacterial lotion and stuff. This girl's pretty anti-social in our department but still, what the hell is up with that?

I guess you may slide this one time. However, you're on extra chaos duty this week. How ever will the new world order arise through destruction if we aren't constantly shoving the coals of chaos into the fire?

Since over 80% of all infectious illnesses are spread by the hands, effective hand hygiene with products like Purell® Instant Hand Sanitizer can prevent illness. Effective hand hygiene kills germs that are easily spread by hands.

A 8 oz bottle cost about 2 bucks. Keep one on your desk.

Actually they will already be immune to that strain, the only people you will give it to are unsuspecting folks like yourself, which incidentilly puts you in exactly the same place as the person who gave it to you was in. You don't think they bioengineered the strain of flu they were sick with do you?

Pikko, just be pretty careful around you with that pneumonia-laden idiot. With you being THAT pregnant (it seems like you've been pregnant forever), you don't want to get sick at this time. Just keep a bottle of Lysol by your desk and spray in indiscriminately and arbitrarily!

That's unfortunate, seeing them sick again would have been poetic justice. I think I knew that, but physiology, biology, and anatomy were all taken so long ago.

Not quite, I work in accounting/inventory management/purchasing, and there is a mountain of paperwork, and system maintenance that has to be done by year-end.

The person who first brought this crap into the office, is the department receptionist, and had the option of calling off sick.

Pneumonia actually isn't very contagious at all.
