If you havne't checked this site out yet, it is something to look over, especially if you have little ones in the house. It "tracks" Santa throughout Christmas Eve, showing where he's been and where he is. I think its once an hour they add a new clip to watch. I have used it on nieces and nephews and now use it on my own little tyke to get him to go to bed quick when he sees Santa about to cross the Atlantic ocean from London.I don't know why but I do get quite a kick out of this site every year.

Ok that's pretty cool.
Okay, checked the site for the kids. They're all excited. And now that they saw that other kids put out carrots for the reindeer, they're doing the same. So there's cookies and milk for Santa, carrots for the reindeer.
