Give me the $80, I'll give you a really, really good kick in the nuts and you can decide. I'm pretty sure my kick in the nuts will be great.

On a sidenote I went to see the Nutcraker this weekend. All part of my SO's master plan to further my pussification.

I don't really play that many tournaments, so moments of glory are like "I got three bets in on the turn against overcards with my set!"

Sadly, it's not as exciting as "Tilt".

Aslo I mostly play Pot Limit Omaha lately, so moments of glory are really more like "Man, I freerolled this guy for $1500 with a broadway with redraws to fill up against his naked nuts!" which really sounds a lot more exciting than it actually is.

I do occasionally make a great read and win $1000 pot with a pair of 8s or something, but it doesn't make a very exciting story.

I did coffeehouse a guy at Foxwoods into taking a swing at me, but I'm sure half the people on this forum have been there.

Very cool - did you get out to the World Series of Poker this year?

I doubt I'll ever get the opportunity to play in the casinos, let alone find enough folks to get a regular game going. My wife has this whole issue with me betting real money. Smiley: oyvey

I played on some of the online poker Hold 'Em games for a while - sadly, with fake money - but I fared pretty well, getting up to like $17k one night. I get the Hold 'Em bug when I catch ESPN running the WSOP reruns.

I'll have to see if I can find some Omaha games and see what they're about.

shhh, you'll scare him off. We have to make him think it was *his* idea.

I was once won in a game of poker. No, not that way, but I did have to do the dishes.

That would be outstanding if he had the interest - Smash always has an open invitation into the Asylumites. If there was ever a great game for raids and instance runs, WoW is the game.

That invitation is also extended to all the other old EQ'ers out there - you UK folks can always get a U.S. version of the game to play on our servers...well, that's what some Aussies did before the Oceana servers.

We have about 23 members now with alts (approximately around 32 toons in the guild). I'm still amazed how quickly we're ramping up with Asylum folks joining us.
