Does anyone have an easy way to resize a gif? I found a great one for a Holiday avatar but it's 160x120.

go to http://www.irfanview.com/ and download the freeware version. It has a lot of options you can chose from, one of which is resizing based on a variety of different units. Great program to have.

I had nothing but problems with the d/l'd freeware gif editors. This website - Gifworks from angelfire was a godsend, I upload the image, resize it through the website and d/l the result.

I tried gifworks with the one I'm trying to use, but it says it has a 150 size limit, mine being 160 it's a smidge over. I think I'll hold off on the other one recommended till I get home. I'm hesitant to download any freeware programs at work. I'm always cussing out our engineers for doing just that. It would be hypocrytical for me to do it too.

Irfanview comes with no strings attached. I've been using one version or another of it for 4-5 years.
