Dunno about that, but I think it's safe to say that the less you worry about what a stranger thinks, the better impression you're going to make. The problem nice guys tend to have, objectively, is that they try too hard.

I'm that "nice guy". For the longest time I was relegated to the role of "token gay friend", regardless of my actual sexual preference. Now, though, I'm with a girl who actually appreciates my pansy-*** qualities.
