Is it a boy Ash or a girl Ash? (I suppose a boy would have been named Cinder, but a girl could have been Ember instead.)

My brothers' son is named Ash. Ashton for his full first name, shortened down to ash.

What made it even better, was that he was named after the B-movie lead actor Bruce Campbell in his best movie ever

Weird. If we ever had another boy we were looking at the name Ashe. Funny to hear it pop up here.
Gratz to you and your wife. Did she try to take your head off?

I met a chick named Kimber once. Couldn't think why the name was familiar.
