I like nexa's idea of a "show us ur bewbs" tradition.

Much better than pancakes :)

That and the whole low carb/no sugars/no salt diet thing. Though I so admit to blowing my diet out of the water the past 3 days. All I've eaten is saltines, soup and drank 7-up.

Look....for the record, Charlie Brown sucks ****.

Snoopy is cool, the little tweetie bird whatever is cool, the rest is probably the worst "It's old so it must be good" comic ever.

Oh yeah, geeze, you pig! You've been eating saltines AND soup! Cow!

Yesterday, I ate half a pan of brownies, some cheesecake, and then, when the brownies were gone, I spread the leftover frosting on some graham-crackers and ate that too!

But hey, at least I didn't have any soup, cause then I'd feel disgusting!

What are you on about? My metabolism sucks, I gained 3 pounds this week!

If you want to wish for something, it should be my ability to not give a ****.

Nexa

ok, so I care a little, and I'm going to try to behave myself, but I have no restraint and my ******* coworkers won't stop bringing this crap into the office

My husband's metabolism makes me crazy. We can eat the exact same things for lunch and dinner, plus he eats breakfast and I don't, and I will gain weight rapidly. He has trouble keeping from loosing it. Bah!

Knock that off. Having a little Brittish in you occasionally doesn't actually make you Brittish!

Is that a British thing? You know, I honestly don't know most of the time anymore unless it's something VERY British. I'm sure I've picked up a fair bit, but he's nearly lost his accent over here. He'll snap right back into it when we go on vacation though.

I do enjoy calling him a ****** though.

WOODSTOCK woman! Smiley: mad

On a serious note and replying to Nephy

I have to admit, I was never fond of Charlie Brown, either. I always found him annoying out of this world, only thing that made him cool is that Snoopy was HIS dog.

Most of the kids do have their annoying points, but if I had to pick a couple of favorites from the cast of baseball heads, I'd have to go with Lucy and...darn, whatever the musically inclined one was named. (Forgot. Smiley: bah) Their little "friendship" was always made me laugh.

The world would be a far more peaceful place, if only there were more forward-thinking women like this one around.

The piano playing one is Schroeder. Linus is Sally's brother, Charlie's best friend.

I prefer waffles as well - I prefer homemade, but that's a rare treat for me. So I have to settle for the frozen crappy kind like Eggos. While they still make flavored waffles (blueberry, strawberry, apple), I miss the ones they made with the fruit inside the waffles from about a year or so ago. Good sugary goodness!

On the other hand, the only pancakes I really like are my wife's banana nut pancakes. She makes them on holidays, so I'm looking forward to Christmas morning. Hmm, maybe I should find a waffle maker to get her for Christmas... Smiley: tongue

Im a homemade waffle fan myself. I actually got a waffle maker for my birthday this year and now once a month I make a big waffly breakfast for the fam. During the summer I'd go out and pick blueberries or blackberries from my yard and add them to the mix. SOOOOO good when you pluck them that fresh
