9-11 panal, your safety under Bush....Follow

#1 Dec 06 2005 at 6:20 PM Rating: Decent
its official now.

the bipartisan congressional panal put together to investigate the 9-11 attacks has issued their finale report.

the question? are we safer now? could it happen again?

the official answer after 5 years of this addministraition:

drum roll.......

hell no, and hell yes. from everything form security screening of people and baggage on airplanes, to mass transit, shipping, pourus borders, to a continuing seperation of intellegance agencies who will not share information. even the simple stuff like communication equipment for first responders.

a total failure. our system is no better now that it was then.

the only shinning point for this addministraition was their effort at attacking the funding of terrorist organizations. seems they are real keen on grabbing money, but not much else.

spinn it any way you like, they already are. the report is public, and very spacific on the failures of this country to better prepare itself for what the report says is the eneviatable, another attack. not if, but when.

but hey, after 4 years we finally cought the person who attacked us....err....nevermind.....

Nope. I mean, the emergence of latin beehives is a horrible threat to us right now. Freakin Bush. Moral majority is probably a big beehive of bees and honey and stuff. Woo haa.

#5REDACTED, Posted: Dec 08 2005 at 9:59 AM, Rating: Unrated, (Expand Post) this addministraition has failed our country on just about every instance where security and safety is involved. from protecting our country from a known enemy, to starting an unnecessary war, to comming to the aid of people on OUR SOIL during a natural disaster.

Look, kids. There is simply nothing you can do to prevent someone who is willing to kill themselves from causing destruction on a large scale.

Period.

Not a thing.

Life's uncertain, deal with it.

there is something you can do to prevent them from doing it exactly the same way twice.

that is the point of this panel. the message they are screaming is, we are not even doing that.

osama bin laudin is still at large.
iraq is a mess.
we have abandoned people affected by natural disasters here at home.
we have not closed the very holes the terrorist used to attack us here at home.

failure. compete. the Bush legacy. all we have to do now is sit around and wait for the conservative right to pull their head out of their self denial **** and agree to help us fix the mess THEY CAUSED.

or not.

Wow, I guess someone failed disasterously when it did happen then, right?

Who was in charge back then? I can't seem to recall.

Also you may want to visit Madrid and London (or obviously Bagdad) and tell them how it hasn't happened since.

Mistaking terrorists choosing diffrent targets because they'd allready succeeded in accomplishing their goals in the US with someone stopping them from attacking the US is painfully ignorant. They chose to attack Europe because it was better politically, and they chose to attack in Iraq because we made it so dammed easy for them to kill Americans there. Since 9-11, tens of thousands of US citizens have been crippled and maimed by terrorist bombings.

But, hey, it didn't happen in Indiana, so everythings going great.

Bringing the chickens to the fox is probably an effective way to keep him out of your henhouse too.

agreed. their goal is to politically isolate us from the rest of the world. that can be better accomplished by attacking our allies, not us.

they have done an exelant job too. they are better politicians than this addministraition is. but then, so is Chavez in venezuala, what does that tell you?

attacking us again is comming. but not untill they have maximized their affort to isolate us.

it is not a matter of if they will attack us again, but when. and theri are only two ways to win this war. geanocide, or superrior statesmanship.

the most liekly way to prepetuate islamic fundamentalist extreamizm is to........desecrate the Koran, or occupy a muslim country with a christian army........

stupid is as stupid does.
