One of our KV's is part of phase 2 with renovations, they had COX internet but were told they couldnt get it in their new house that was only 3 streets away. I'm not sure what services the De Luz side of base can get or San Onofre. Each does seem to be different however ours has 2 choices (unless you choose dialup). Wish my husband was in a branch of service that had so many cushy options...lucky!
