Bases have exclusive contracts with certain companies so if you want cable internet you have 2 choices, COX or SBC. Those are also the same choices for phone, unless you live in the barracks then you can have Sprint or you get voneage(cell phones are a popular option). This is something Katie,as a military wife knows.
