I swear I watched something about this on the discovery health channel a long while back. A little girl had her face ripped off and they were able to put it back.
Edit: Oh, I see...these face parts are from a donor. I don't think the girl's face was a donor, I think it was her own. But it was really like her whole face, it was pretty gross. Worked though.

I remember watching a show about this. There were some severe burn victims that had applied for a face transplant.
I guess it's good for them that they got it done...still seems a little freaky to me.
