I -was- going to bed. Then I decided to wait for hubby, who is playing Socom. He keeps saying "One more game! My score rocks! I am doing fantastic!" And like a sucker, I am waiting.

Ah well.

That is scary.

Although I virtually only post here now, I was rather hoping most of the other game boards are of the same high quality of the Everquest one. I did follow Neph's link to the FFXI one and I just felt dirty.

This is definately the Diet Coke version of the Assylum. We're older, whinnier, and less coherent. Those who used to play big tough flamers have mostly simply tired themselves out. Once in a while a new one shows up or an old one makes a return appearance, but lately they have not been very dogged.

Sure people get flamed. Now a days it often isn't just hazing of the new people. We used to be West Virginia, now we're just Virginia.

If you have something novel to say, say it, damnit, because otherwise this board isn't nearly exciting enough. Just remember: be entertaining, informative, or purile. Dance, bear, dance :)

ps - I actually love West Virginia. It's a joke. Unfunny? Purile? Maybe.

Well, for once I'm here and not anonymous. I usually can't be bothered to sign in, since I read far mor often than I post.

I'll add to any threads if I can think of something worthwhile to say.

Looks like I'm going to have to lurk for the most part if I can get back to my computer chair and see the keyboard.

Now I expect the AllaFems to keep the guys in their place. Use the whips and chains if you have to.

I'll be back when the pain level goes back down to where I can deal with it. Until then GFY and all that.
