Seeing as i am not getting an email responce from the president of allakhazam i figured the next place to do this would be on the forums..... I recieved an email from signups@allakhazam.com saying "Thank you for renewing your premium account with Allakhazam.com. We are very happy that you have chosen to continue to be part of our community and look forward to providing you with even more services in the future. A charge of 9.99 has been made against your credit card. Your account will renew again on 2006-01-17. If you do not wish to renew again, be sure to change your account settings (login in the menu) to renewal: no." When infact i never "renewed" my account i started an account 7 months agoe then promptly closed it 3 hours later due to inactivity on the site i was never charged bechause it was a promotional deal. I have yet to sign up since then and when i logg into allakhazam.com with the password/sn they send to my email it says "Premium services are not enabled". So what this says to me is you charged me 9.99 for an account i never signed up for yet you never activated my premium account So it was kind of like stealing, or a scam if you will. Also seeing as how ive sent near 10 emails to the president and about 2 emails to the vice president with no responce really questions your business ethics and wether or not you are a trust worthy company. I would like an email from someone at allakhazam.com telling me whats going on befor i have to change my credit card account so this doesnt renew....

**** off.

Firstly you went to the wrong forum. The Feedback Forum is where you want to go.

Secondly we dont GARA.

Thirdly if you have any further complaints I would direct you to the help department. The help department being myself armed with a sock full of your 9.99$ in quarters, ready to administer a Neph~esque internet beatdown to an whiny vag such as yourself.

Judging by this post, you probably spelled their e-mail addresses wrong.

President? Vice President? Didn't know Alla used such high falutin titles...

Look. It's an internet site. There's a link right there on the side thingie that sends mail to the owner of the site. Even if you don't use it, it'll tell you the correct email address to send to.

I'm just curious. What email did you send those 10 to? Cause I'm not aware of even *how* you'd figure out how to send an email to the VP of Allakhazam.com.

I'm willing to bet that the email that was sent to you *also* contained an email address to send to if you have a problem with your bill. It would have helped your cause considerably if instead of trying to inflate your efforts by BSing us with claims of trying to contact some mythical "president" and "vice president", you'd just written down the email address(es) you sent your complaints off to.

Um. You're also aware that this is a holiday week, right? This site isn't some big corporation with staff hired to do CS work 24/7. Most of the folks do this in their spare time, extra job, etc. They do have lives, and being johny on the spot with refunding your 10 bucks really isn't more important to them then spending time with their families.

I'm sure they'll get around to dealing with your amazingly important problem as soon as possible. Moreso assuming you do actually send an email to the correct location. Until then. Did you change your account setting to renew=no?...

Here's a silly question for you: was your credit card actually charged? And did you tell them to deny that charge?

My karma!!!!

Where is a CJ when you need one.

Oh and just an FYI its the official "Troll the O" time. People on the allakhazam wow forum go over to the official wow forums and troll and vice versa. You see some poor *** trolls find their way into the asylum rather than the wow boards.

Thus my increased xenophobia and lashing out at no name posters.
