This type of thing is getting to be old news lately. This article stuck out from the crowd to me, because the teacher is so freaking hot! See the picture in this link.

She looks like a dirty pirate hooker.
Debbie was maybe the second or third in the long parade of self-made sexual education instructors over the past year or so. At the time when her story actually broke, the premise was still news. She's just back in the media now because her case finally came to trial.
As far as teachers go though, she is quite the looker. I don't think I had any seriously attractive instructors until college.

She plead out and got NO jail time. 3 Years house arrest, 7 years probation. What a joke. If this had been a male teacher who slept with a female student he would have been in jail taking in the **** for at least 10 years.

She's very pretty, but that's not an reason for her defense attorney to say why she should avoid prison time. There are plenty of ugly women in prison that deal with the harshness.
These women should have just moved to Canada. 14+ is legal here.
Wow i had 2 hot teachers in Junior High that i wouldn't have said no to, but they weren't as hot as the one in the OP.

Why is the boy not a victim? Just because he is male? He was taken advantage of by an older woman. She preyed on a child who was probably not ready to deal with the emotional baggage that this whole ordeal is going to carry.
Or are you saying that if this would have been the other way around (male teacher and female student) you would have the same opinion.
Bottom line for me is she raped that kid and should go to jail and for a long time. Though I am not surprise she didnt. It took that first chick, I cant recall her name now, to violate her probation what 3 times and get pregnant with the boys child for the judge to finally figure out she should be in jail.
Call me a perv, but I love the thought of this chick in Jail, with "Bad-Breath Bertha" as her cellmate. LMAO.

If you had added the word statutory to that sentence I may agree with you. However, I doubt the boy was unwilling. He was just a couple years too young

He's not a victim because in order for her to have sex with him, he had to be aroused. He had to get a stiffy, you see. Otherwise, it just wouldn't work.
If she put a ***** in one of his orifices, yeah, that'd be rape. But she didn't. She allowed him to put his ***** in her. The worst things she's guilty of are enticement and cradle-robbing.
