Just registered the other day for my own account, since a friend of mine plays the game often and lets me take a crack at it once in a while, and well...I'm hooked.


What server are you guys on? Was it the Victory server?


I'll probably end up being a Tanker on your server...so I hope you all got a healer.

On whatever server the Asylum is at I'm gunna be a tank of some sort. Whatever the heck they are called.

On the server my roommate is on (guardian), I'm a Broadsword Scrapper with Super Reflexes.


I'll let you know what the heck I make my tanker is gunna be.

Are you planning on coming back to CoH and do you know if everyone else still runs around in there? It'll determin if I'll be bouncing between characters or not.

Well, if you are on the Victory server, look up a Sir Exodus. Tanker with Energy Manipulation


I'm also on Guardian (thanks to my Roommate), look up Metachlorin, my Broad Sword Scrapper with Super Reflexes.

My roommate plays CoV alot now...from what I've seen, it's sweet. Pretty much the same thing as CoH, but it makes you wish that some of the customization options you can pick from CoV were available on CoH.

Hey Exo. I still play on Pinnacle as Yuri Ganovich, an Invuln/SS tanker, but not so much since we got castrated as an AT. On the Villian side, I run Battle Saint HCU on the Pinancle server, as well as numerous alts. Also look up Dremmont Reign on the Protecor server if you ever need a hand with anything there.
Truth is, CoH is pretty much a ghost town since the last round of nerfs and CoV opened. Not a whole lot going on there, and my SG seems to have jumped ship, so I'm sort of drifting around looking for something to peak my interest.
Lemme know if you need warm bodies for a group.

Actually, that seems to be turning around now. I logged on last night for a bit of mindless fun, and was shocked to see that every single server had 2 filled bubbles on their "busy-o-meter". I literally haven't seen that in over 6 months. For the first couple months after CoH release, you'd regularly see three bubbles with 2 on off times. Lately, it's been 1 bubble, with maybe one or two servers having 2. I was surprised to see that many people playing on a Sunday night.

On a side note. Finally got my blasterette to level 32. Holy cow! Thunderous blast rocks! Ok. So I didn't test it too much, but the thing was taking out everything in one shot. I haven't tested it on a higher group of oranges and reds, so we'll see how it goes.

I've actually really enjoyed playing the game. But then, I've got a fair sized group of friends who play regularly, so we pretty much chew stuff up. Still working on our bases (one for our hero group, one for our villian group). Course, at this rate, we'll probably have the toilets installed next month or so...
