I thought the title would give away that I'm bored. Also started on a diet and its funny how once you cant have the junk food, even though you dont keep any in the house you want it. Caffeine head ache already setting in. Ack... dying...

If you are starting a diet, don't quit everything like that...you will go nuts. I have lost 25 pounds since uhm...I don't know. Sometime in late September maybe. I would not suggest dropping the caffeine.

How did I personally loose 25 pounds? I quit eating fast food and anything fried all together. I also quit eating sweets, except there are these 100 calorie pack snack things with like peanut butter cookies that will work. I don't miss sweets much for some reason though.

The biggest thing is the first three days. You have to get used to eating less, which sucks. Once that happens, it becomes amazingly easy. I generally eat 300, maybe 400 calories a meal. I eat lunch and dinner, and a snack around 5.

I drink alot of coffee, and I use splenda in it. I use four tablespoons liquid coffemate and 2 tablespoons half and half to equal about 50 calories a mug instead of the million calories a mug I used to drink.

If you have a pizza craving, I really recommend lean cuisene peperoni. It is microwaved, and the only "diet pizza" I have found that is any good.

Hrm...what else. I have a rule that if I put it in a salad, it doesn't count, hehe. I try to make salad into as interesting a meal as possible. I use mixed greens, and put capers, calmata olives, feta cheese, baked chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, avocado, whatever sounds tasty. Things like olives are fattening, but good for you.

Hope a few of those tips helped. I have been having luck with it. Hope you do as well!

Oh, and I had the most luck just paying attention to calories and trying not to eat anything that was obviously unhealthy. I never look at fat content or carbs or salt.

Katie is like what a "desperate housewife" would be if the concept was more realistic. Like, a less attractive housewife that s a virtual ***** instead of an actual *****.

The TV show wouldn't be terribly interesting, but it would touch close to home with the housewife crowd.
