if I don't eat it every couple of months I start to get the cravings.
Cravings are sometimes an indication of a lack of something in one's diet. Are you getting enough iron? And stop drinking so much coffee, it's bad for your teeth.

I am addicted to aspartame, though. Hardcore like.
I'm pretty sure I'm getting all my vitamins, actually. My diet has been pretty good the past couple of months, vitamin-wise. Getting a lot more greenery, fruit and veggies than I had been the past couple of years. I actually took time to asses my food intake over the summer and realized that I wasn't eating enough of the right things and took steps to improve my food selection. It made me feel a lot better, on top of making one of my lingering problems go away. I was fighting to keep from gaining weight and it's no longer an issue. I'm hovering within the same 5lb range all the time now without any effort. I could actually drop about 10 lbs and benefit, but that'd take an actual program of exercise, as opposed to posting on message boards.
