Tough luck. I'm just curious, where do you keep the computer?

Nobby faced further trauma when callous thieves stole his blankets.

Cllr Murphy provided new ones donated by a local charity.
He said: "What can I say? This is society at its worst. I can't believe people can be so sick. It doesn't get any worse than this."
I don't know why but that reminded me of the newspaper stories you'd get in SimCity 2000.

Angry mothers banded together in protest. "This is the worst I've seen of them" quipped one passing skateboarder.

That town sure does devote an awful lot of press to the local bum. Must be an exciting place to live. In other news Nobby gets a haircut, more at 11!

Nobby is apparently a popular tramp in Britain, there are several other stories about him if you follow the related stories links including this one with a picture (before his haircut,)

Nobby is now hoping that the new cropped coiffure will help him keep cool when he's practising his favourite pastime, golf.

Golf? Golf?

I'd be more concerned with not living in a fu[/i]cking bus shelter than playing golf.

Some people.

LOL, there are many articles in that paper about Nobby the tramp which can be found by using the search function, and I thought this quote from a columnist's editorial was just too hilarious not to share.

Quote:
Nobby, for whatever reason, simply decided to drop out and, curious as it may sound, there is something romantic about such a choice (although I accept romantic is not necessarily a word you would associate with Nobby).

For all we know, he could be a world-weary cynic with a towering intellect who just wants to be left alone. And a tolerant society should make the odd allowance for the odd non-conformist.

Nobby, you should put that last sentence in your sig and cite that newspaper.
Sort of like:

"Nobby... a world-weary cynic with a towering intellect..."
- Peterborough Today

Funt Off!

I wish you were all bus-shelters!

Awesome link Katie - I needed a chuckle after the shave, haircut and home vandalism

Don't start me. They are so picky about hygiene there, but it's warm, and there's plenty of paper there to wipe!

What's a tramp to do?
