The movie 'That Last Samurai' bothers me, the first time I watched it I loved it, it was one of my favorite movies, then I read Shogun. Is it not possible for James Clavelle to sue the guy who wrote The Last Samurai for plagiarism?

For all you idiots who believe the last samurai was an american (There are people who actually believe this), he wasn't. The last samurai was a Japanese guy named Saigo Takamori. There were no Americans involved in this matter as samurai. They simply wouldn't be allowed to become samurai.
