Did you happen to check out the Metal Gear Solid 4 teaser he premeired for PS3 this year/ It was pretty sweet looking. I am still a hug fan of the orginal 8-bit Metal Gear. Very different concept for a game at the time. I really enjoy the Solid series (except for 2's Raiden).

He is a very interesting man. I can't wait to see what he has in store for us with the next release of Metal Gear Solid!

I didnt like MGS2, but the more I read up on the guy lately, the more he impresses me. Another "good guy" in the industry is David Jaffe, the maker of God of War. The industry needs more people like this.

Shigeru Miyamoto has always been my favorite. How can you go wrong with the Father of Mario and Link? He has been a very innovative influence in the gaming industry. Here is a nice site devoted to him:

    Hey Pickle, before your hiatus,I recall you often posting about being a musician, or having a career in a related industry. Recently you've been posting a lot about games, and I vaguely remember you mentioning that you're going to school to eventually develop them. What brought about the change in career? Or am I just imagining things?

    You are not imagining.

    I decided to take a break from music for awhile and learn a little bit about my first passion - games.

    The change?

    I just wanted to try it out. I've made 2 major-label albums with a band. Now, I want to at least put out one A-list game title.
