I've said it before, and I'll repeat. Nothing will stop a person that likes to ***** children, unless it's old age or infirmity. There is no treatment that has proven effective to any significant degree short of drugging them into impotence. The fact is, they do this because it protects children more to know where a convicted offender is and to be able to avoid him/her.
