Tomorrow is the fall installment of "unofficials" here on campus. The bars are opening up at noon, and 22oz drafts are only $2 all day. Not only that, but the local comedy/drinking newspaper, the Booze News, is sponsoring official events and encouraging students to hit the bars in the afternoon and go to classes drunk. There are also going to be camera crews here for the "Top 10 Party Schools" to ensure our school's rightful return to the top 5.

I, for one, will be doing my part. Any of you knuckleheads doing anything fun this weekend for Oktoberfest?

Reminds me of the good ole' days.

During Unofficial St. Patrick's Day, the bars open at 10am. You can see students lined up as early at 8. People wake up at 7am to start drinking, go to the bars and keep drinking, then take water bottles of green beer to class, and drink all through the night.

Last year, I think I started boozing about 4pm, since I had a test in class earlier that day. Good times...

Now that sounds like a kick *** time. Official Oktoberfest ran from Sept 16th - October 2nd. But hey in the States we do what we want! I am celebrating until my Paulaner Keg is kicked which should be any day now.

Prost!
