So what makes you so special?Follow

#1 Oct 12 2005 at 9:09 AM Rating: Decent
Huh? What have you done in the past 9.5 months of 2005 that have been so special?

Me, I built a waterfall/pond in my front yard, Have personally finished 9.75 kegs. Came to the absolute realization that my company is managed by and has employeed idiots. I wasted about $15,000 of said companies money posting 2000 posts on Alla.

Smiley: yippee

edit I have also not smoked a cigarette in my house the entire year of 2005, damn that garage can get cold

I'm Aegis, a legend on Allakhazam.com and one of the Asylum elite.

What else is there in life?

Gradumakated highschoolz.

Got a job and am nowz paid more than any other usual employee there that is not a manager or assistant manager.

Finally found and purchased a car that suited all my needs.

I've gone back on prozac for obsessive-compulsive disorder.

And I have acquired a god-awful obsession with the band Breaking Benjamin.

1. Started smoking.
2. Made a person.
3. Kicked a poodle.

9.75 kegs is impressive Sora. Let's hope you don't wake up dead and bloated face first in that 3 inch mud puddle in your front yard.

I went to Italy, almost got maced in Arizona, and solved the Mystery of the Sexy International Coeds in Spain.

In case you were wondering, it was old Mr. Whithers from the old abandon lighthouse.

I got engaged, got a second job, and started working my debt off. Also, my car insurance went way down, hooray for arbitrary year markers.

What makes me special?

Nothing really. The only accomplishment I have made all year that I feel like mentioning is personal organization.

My home life has always been a haphazard set of circumstances since I moved out on my own back about 13 years or so ago, through no fault but my own. This year I managed to discipline my home organization into efficiency and neatness. I am by nature a slob (and junk collector), so it took some mental cursing and p1ssing and moaning, but I divested myself of much junk and tidied everything up where I can actually look around the house feel good about it. It's nice not to have to make an incredible cleaning effort before bringing in guests.

I got rid of the majority of my unused belongings. I've heard it said that if you haven't touched it in 4 weeks you probably don't need it. While that doesn't apply to seasonal clothing and such, it did seem to apply to a LOT of the things I owned for no good reason. I still have room for improvement with the packrat problem, though. I have this storage shed, you see...

I sweat luck like fat people sweat butter, people near me get raises, find true love, and are given free icecream. I'm also a trival psychic.

After 5 straight days of rain the pond is starting to overflow, I can not scoop out enough water before it fills back up over night. Luckily Ive been sober when attempting this.

And how!

I've kept what little sanity I have left intact

I've gone to different places I've never been before

I was the better person and tried to reestablish a lost family relationship.

I was the better person and stood up for myself when the lost family relation was not good for me and cut ties.

I have been the ongoing advocate to kick the school systems *** and assure my sons safety (Im still working on this one)

I have not strayed from who I am or what I believe in, no matter how difficult the circumstances may be

I've maintained my New Year's resolution of being celibate this year. It wasn't easy, but it's almost over.

40 Days and 40 Nights my ***. That movie has nothing on me.

That's what love will do for you. Only someone madly in love would stay around while I withdraw completely.
