If you are using Time warner cable modems, Cognet, or Level 3 communications services, looks like you are pretty much screwed for the time being.

Level 3 said that it was handling too much Cogent traffic for nothing and threw its toys out of the pram
I love that phrase

A few weeks ago a British Rally driver threw a hissy fit about his rivals tactics.

The next week at a rally event his rival sent him a pram full of toys. Nice touch!

Hmmm, I'm on TWC and I had a brief outage Wed AM, but that's been the only problem I've had.

man what a mess. So far I have not had any problems with my cable connections, but I have noticed an increase in connection drops to a clients office also running on cable modems. I get dropped way more often then i am accustome to.

oh well.

Oh yea, it's great using cogent as our back haul right now. Fuccking pricks.

Got slammed with this sh
it last night, customer trying to reach level 3's network off of cogent based systems makes for some really pissed off people.

It sucks being in the web hosting/internet business right about now. Most up-to-date info can be found at
Cogent CO
