I'm sorry to hear you got laid off Aegis. Maybe it's for the better even though it may be hard to see now.

It's not all that bad, I can still make the rent and what not.


Just need to adjust things a bit and hope I find something or get called back soon is all.

Started crappy will prolly end crappy as I war with the dusch neph and he's taken me down .03 in karma in like 5 mins. Eh, oh well.

I am sorry you got laid off Aegis. That really sucks a lot. On a Friday too...I think I would rather them tell me on a Monday; Monday's already suck, why ruin a perfectly good weekend? And then you can't do a darn thing about it, you can't go job hunting or file for unemployment until Monday. Bah.

My Friday was ok I suppose. History test, multiple choice. I hate multiple choice - essay tests are more my style.

If I were ypu (thank Bob I'm not) I'd walk away from the computer before you do anymore damage to yourself. There still may be a smiggen of respect on this board for you...somewhere.

Having a shi[i][/i]tty Friday too. I took my kids to Disneyland last month and they missed 3 days of school for the trip. The school has counted them truant and to make up for the truancy, they need to go to Saturday School (I hope it's the Breakfast Club kind) for 3 Saturdays.

So I'll be spoiling their Friday when I tell them about Saturday School. And yes, before the trip, I called the school to let them know that the kids would be gone. I even made sure they had the school work for the days they miss. No one said anything about truancy at that point.
