Not really. I wish I could explain what its like being married to someone in the military but unfortunantly its not something that can be explained. It either breaks your marriage beyond repair or pulls you so close that distance isnt a factor. Plus getting to email with Mr.Katie back and forth through out the day helps.

Section 36-D is the addendum that clearly states "Should the chest measurement of the pledge exceed the value indicated in 34-D, hi-resolution photos of 300dpi, and no less size than 1024x768 shall be provided unto the assylumites for membership consideration."

So far we have a fairly firm yes from myself, DSD, Jophiel, Flea (yes, you're coming), Tare (right?), and Nobby (drag Patrician too).

After looking at Dana's Myspace I found he can't be more then 10 miles from me. That means we could get the Maryland folks to all pitch in on gas and suffer the long drive, or end up on a train or airplane together.
I actually love the idea of taking a train to Boston again. Last time it was paid for by guildmates for me, but maybe I my could get sister to see about Amtrak getting me a discount.
You may want to look at off weekends for Hotels. We used to have convention on Easter, as hotel gave us reduce rate then. To save on cost of room, we also are known to have people sleeping on the chairs and floor at all hours of the day and night.
Actually only ones using the room at night was me and my grandson. He then would wake up at 3 in the morning and I would have to search the hotel for his mom to feed him.
