Descrimination against pig idol worshipers!Follow

This one really resonates with me, because a few years back we actually had a complaint by an anonymous muslim employee at a dtate governmetn offive where I worked against flags being displayed in office spaces and cubicles. On the 4th of july. Management actually issued astatewide ban on said flags from cubicles, only to have it recinded immidiatly afterwords when a near riot broke out.

If they can't take a few swine running around, maybe they should go back to nopigistan eh?
I seem to recal that in pakistan at least, Cow taunting happens to be one of the favorite sports of those looking to irritate india. Maybe india should start lobbing pork in via catipult?

Here's a thought, as an anti terror measure, let's make all government buildings out of pork laced particle board!

I'm perversely happy to see that the culture of offense isn't restricted to the States.

It seems to me that if you're going to enjoy the benefits of living in a new country, it behooves you to take in stride the cultural differences you will inevitably find there. If you are offended, then hold yourself and your family apart from the offending custom/symbol/bric-a-brac, whatever.

Makes no sense, to me, to take asylum in a new land and immediately start trying to make it into the old land.

Too bad you Europeans really don't give a sh[/b]it about the Muslim's feelings, you're really just afraid they might rebel or something.

Kelvy, care to explain why it's so stupid? I really don't see what you say as valid or important unless you choose to back it up with at least some intelligant thought.

Actually how about you explain to me how if Americans "dipped our bullets in pigs blood, and made a huge deal out of it internationally " would put an end to terrorism.

On a similar note a school in England banned the tale of the 3 little pigs for fear of offending Muslims.

Get the tips of them somewhat painted with pigs blood, let them dry out so it's on there like paint. They'll fire.

Anyways, wide held belief in the middle east that

1. You can't eat the meat of any cloven foot animal
2. You can not touch any cloven foot animal
3. If you fail at any of the above you go to hell.

Bullets + pigs blood = No Heaven for evil little terrorist's. The only reason we would have to make a big deal about is it because they would have to know about it for it to scare the hell out of them.
