In the grand tradition of men and women everywhere, my cousin and his girlfriend just tied the knot.

The wedding was this morning, just got home from the reception a bit ago. Thye had a nice 1/2 Catholic wedding (when only one of the couple is Catholic, it cuts the ceremony time WAY down from full-blown Catholic) and the only hitch all day long was that the caterers never showed up with the wedding cake. It's still MIA as are the bakers themselves. Fortunately, the other eats were handled by someone else, so it was hardly missed.

I presume the couple has now snuck off to enjoy some post-nuptial bliss prior to the honeymoon in Vegas that starts tomorrow.

Thus has my weekend gone so far. I forsee celebratory imbibing for tonight. Now that you all know what I've been doing... How's everyone doing?

Sadly I died earlier today. We're talking Rick James here.

I was slightly killed in a freak car-washing accident involving a BMW, a Serbian child prostitute and a box of Always Ultra.

Apart from that, just on a bit of a downer about my behaviour this morning:

See, I met a van-load of wedding caterers, stole the cake and assassinated them all silently while they were looking at the cloud I'd just pointed at.

Naww.

Do you know nothing?

They had a photo of a midget pope and said 2.7 Paternosters and .66545 of a Hail Mary.

And the priest only drank a 1/2 bottle of Bushmills before the service.
