Does the Author R. A. Salvatore still play toons on Povar, or does Curt Shilling still play as well, he was also on povar.
The toons for Salvatore are named in this old interview, and Shilling in this old interview

I am just curious to see if anyone knows if they still play.

Shilling moved to EQ2 from what I heard. He and his guild ( from rumors out here in Red Sox country) moved over when EQ2 came out.

Mehh. 50 minute patch. Maybe not on tonight, but I can grind a newbie tomorrow and maybe be on at the weekend at some ungodly hour when you are all around.

What are the odds of accepting a lowbie Dr00d into AS?

If not, I can transfer my 66 Druid (it's the only class I enjoyed playing), but it'll take a while to remember how to play the frikkin' thing

Smoggy, if you're going to start fresh, I'd say play a class that you'll enjoy. However, if you enjoy playing any class, then AS could really use some more tanks, enchanters, shaman, and clerics. We've got an abundance of DPS classes at the high end, but lack multiple core classes.

Aye, I think I'm gonna be leaning towards paladin - as some of you know, my main before on FV was a warrior - but I really want a little more versatility (i.e. heals, free mount hehe). I'll have a better idea of what to make in the tank variety when I actually get into the game (3 mins and counting to finish my downloads).

Of course, a Beserker Dwarf is always a good time too...hmm, decisions, decisions...

Nobby, Mr. Nadenu may be on some during your play hours. He's got a warrior named Hamur (I think...). Just post your toon's name once you get it figured out.

Well the application process for Aude Sapere isn't exactly intense. I would not think you would have an issue getting in. I hope to be on later tonight so someone send me a frickin tell this time.

Actually, the only berzerker we've ever had (besides one of Dot's many alts) was PsychoJester. He's been gone for almost a year though, and unsurprisingly, we haven't been hurting for another zerker since.

Paladins though... yeesh. My main used to be a paladin. Those guys are very fun to play. It's not a hard class to pick up and play, but a great paladin really shines above the rest. Just don't delete any stuns from your spellbook, not even the level 9 stun. I used all of them at level 55 depending on the situation.

Decided to go with Paladin - look for the soon to be mighty Snorre.

Graphics not so bad once I was able to change the resolution and max out the settings.

Now to go fill out the app on Aude Sapere...

Very true. It was real obvious after the Great Paladin Influx Following The Planes Of Power Release. Everyone started pallys since they became the preferred tank for exp groups. You could really tell who had played a while and who had just PL'd up.
