3rd strongest hurricane documented? I'm reading reports of where she will still be a cat3 when she reaches Dallas, Texas! Big mama! I'm between Dallas and Houston so I guess that means I should see some rain atleast? I hope. Our luck it will be like every other storm and split to go around us.

When the fuck did it become acceptable to refer to hurricanes as a cat3 or cat5. If it is ranked by catagories then fucking say that! Is your time so bob damned important that you can not say three more fucking syllables? Get the fuck over yourself, stop shortening words because you think it makes you sound either informed or important, and kindly ESAD

(this is not only towards Katie, but the whole stupid, child stealing, cattle raping, over hyping, sensationalist fear mongering media)

GFY PsiChi. I've never been in a hurricane nor felt the effects of one. Not only do I not fully understand the difference besides to know it will have weakened by the time it reaches this area. Go drink some coffee, get your weekly **** probe, sniff some bleach. I'll call it any Bob damned thing I want.

Yeah, there is that, but it seems rather presumptuous to me to go and shorten words.

I realize that on Katie's part, it was just another version of her normal ctrl-c + ctrl-v, but who gave these newscasters (or more accuratly entertainers, since they are more worried about ratings that delivering solid news) the right to alter the english language as they see fit and expect everyone to follow suit?

Or did I just miss the memo again?

stupid link parsing...

Like I said, it was just another version of your normal copy and paste. You just took what you heard on the news and spouted it out without realizing what you were saying.

You missed the memo. You also missed the memo where I'm the only one allowed to be on the rag this week.

Nah, I think I am going to start ordering my food from the internet. I hate people, and if I can avoid having to go into public to get food, all the better.

There are two reasons for that though:
  • All Canadians are snow **************
    come on.. that was funny
  • When you have these[-NWS-] being shoved in your orifices, you would be a little butthurt too

Huh. And I tend to call them C1-C5. I was never under the impression that you had to say category. If you're talking about a hurricane to people in the path, I've noticed you dont even need to say category or Cat or C... every local knows it anyways
