I don't actually think men are more intellegent than women, i've always thought I.Q tests were pointless.

IQ tests aren't exact. Testing ones intelligence is difficult. From what I can remember IQ tests were effectively going "out of style" because of this. The +5 average points for men could eaily be explained by a flaw in the tests.

It's a fact that men and women think differently. IQ tests are based on pattern recognition. It could be that men can find patterns faster than women which would make sense they scored better on IQ tests. But since the IQ test is based almost soley on pattern recognition it does not show true intelligence used in other ways

intelligence works on too many ways to be scaled. Based on my experiences Women are better than man on doing many things at the same time and still doing it well. Men are better than women to find a problem or to figure out something .... to "improvise" «-- donno the word in english
but if you talk about school scores , women are way better then men. You just need to look at a class scores and see what majority has the biggest scores.... women always win. :(
