My girlfriend were watching a few old Bond movies showing on AMC, and we both came to the realization that Sean Connery looks a lot better the older he gets. Thunderball, Diamonds, Goldfinger - his face looks like a sack of potatoes, and he's got those giant Price Charles ears. Then look at, oh, Untouchables, Red October, The Rock - he looks much better as a distinguished older gentleman with the silver hair and all.

Anybody else ever wonder how he could fu[/b]ck so many women? He must be hung like a police baton.

I've always thought he looked better now than he did when he was younger. IMO, he's only recently started to age. He was at his peak about 10 years ago. But anyway, yum.

I've always thought he was good looking the older he gets. He could whisper sweet gaelic nothings in my ear anytime

I always liked the sound of his voice when he's eating, and pretending to speak Russian in Red October.

Can you hand me my shoes, Deb? I left them in the back of the closet.

Partly the accent, partly his looks, partly his style. He's just the dawg, dawg.

Which pair, tricky? The ballerina slippers? The clogs? The stilletto heels? What did you do, jack Imelda Marcos? Your closet is about as expansive as the War Drobe.

I was all down with the older, more distinguished Connery until an aunt referred to him as Mr. "Lisping through his dentures" Connery. Now I can't groove on him on account of imagining the dentures every time I hear that lisp.

Only a little. It's the dentures that seal the deal. I'm not into keeping your teeth in a glass of water on the side of the bed.

Yeah, it's the accent, plus just he has a very good voice. I heard a comedian once on TV doing impressions, he was really good. Anyways, he was comparing Connery with Roger Moore as Bond, and he mentioned that it didn't matter *what* Connery was saying, people would listen to him. He then proceeded to do a very good job of Connery reading a grocery list to prove his point...and he was right. I could listen to Sean Connery read grocery lists for hours. Especially if he was in my hot tub at the time, dentures and hairpieces notwithstanding....

Yeah, he does have that effect. I'm a guy and I would totally do him. And it's not my "secret ****- feelings". Those make me like David Bowie and such. (insert stupid smiley face)
