So I've been thinking about Why people in other countries tend to look the same.

All humans are simply humans right? Why would a German have to "look" like a German, ect.. and admit, people Do look like their nationalities usually...

I would even go so far to say that "natures" way of restocking the gene pools of various geographic locations was was "Invasion" was all about.
Think of how many times Britain and Ireland were invaded... otherwise the people there would probably have 3 arms and ****, right? The movement of people restocks the genepool though the conquerers breeding with the conquered, thus a fresh new version of a person is made...

there is no more mega-invasions now due to the modern scope of things.... but their is the fruits of passed transplantations and migrations.... along with immigration... People nowadays have access to every part of the World for the most part...

So wehn people copulate with people of other geographical backgrounds, would this mean that they would be genetically superior to those who have been copulating within their Own Race for 1000s of generations?

Explain this to me... Kelv... What the flying hell is up with your fascination with the guy in your avatar (which I'm thinking is some computer program character from Star Trek?) as well as the "waht"?

Is that little typo your trade-mark or something?

I was a lurker for a while, and I have a little history down on the regulars, but these are two things I just didn't get a chance to get answers for.

That one avatar you had where that guy was in a flanel shirt and holding a mug of some sort, reminded me of Norm Macdonald. I kind of liked that one.... Norm is funny...

Ok misread your post the first time.

Well it's a controversial issue.lol

I personally believe, through my observation of "mixed" marriages I've seen, that the children are usually more intelligent and "vibrant" than their peers.

But I believe that has to do with Nurture rather than "Genetic" Nature. Kids born to parents of two cultures, and which have two different languages, are exposed to more experiences, and broaden their horizons and awareness at a much younger age. So I don't believe that it is genetic per say.

No. You can't have inbreeding with such a large population, in fact it takes generations of isolated inbreeding before defects begin to occur.

Im with a Philipina-American. That should be far enough from my Scotch-Irish bloodline to do generations of good for the gene pool. We both have IQs above 160 as well.

Actually...

Genetic defects occur from inbreeding due to the heightned Chance of inheriting a defective gene. In 'normal' cases our bodies with have an alternate gene based on the mother or fathers genes... If a particular defective gene is shared by a common ancestor.. and both of your parents have it... then your body has no choice but to succumb to the defect...

This can happen Anytime and doesn't have to be multiple generations. If 2 first cousins have a kid, THAT KID will have the identical genes of the common ancestor.... thus the heighnted chance that the body will not be able to hold off the defect.

So in Any population there is the chance that the person you marry has a common ancestor as you, and thus the chance of the defects of inbreeding IS possible in larger populations.... especially from the days before people were able to travel extensivly.


So YOU are the one who is Wrong. try knowing waht you're talking about next time before you pathetically challenge my Word.

Unless we were to be subjected to some scheduled breeding program where we had our "mate" selected for us to have a desired result, it wouldn't happen... One group of people who have fornicated with another group will produce different offspring from that of another group... Then again, I'm only assuming.

I actually deciphered waht you're saying.

I believe the underlying message of my purpose is that if at some point we can eradicate the xenophobic labels of "nationality" and "race" will be able evolve properly. It's natures way.
