Druan was a pretty good leader, but to imply your brother was an innocent party and unfairly removed from guild is revisionist history at its worst.

And Caddila was hot no matter what you think.

If I could just muster up some enthusiasm for EQ1 again...

I've got a clicky stick cleric that's just sitting there.

I'm so flaky though. I'd hate to pay to move her, then quit 2 months later.

I'll think about it.

You were in our guild? Who in the hell were you?

Yes, Druan was a great leader and his greatness was shone even more when he deguilded from SoC to join FoS. He knew it was a ******** call by Patrician and so did most of the other people in the guild sporting greater than double digit brain cells.

Moreover, Caddila was psycho. End of story. She had serious issues that somehow I got stuck dealing with on a regular basis. I have always suspected that the Caddila that I enjoyed playing with sold her account or gave it away without telling anyone. I mean, one day she was cool, a good player, nice person...and the next she is getting an ingame lesbian marriage, playing 23 out of every 24 hours, talking cyber sex crap in guild chat and getting her weirdo friends to join the guild. You heard it here first (back then) and you hear it again now.

You are all still, for the most part, a bunch of bastards.

I see Chinto all of the time. We work out together etc....He is preparing for his 2nd degree black belt test so he comes down for class twice a week. Not much has changed...he still works as the photo editor of the Sun Journal in New Bern NC and I am getting ready for school to start back up again.

Lamprey is engaged and has moved to Atlanta Georgia. I still talk to him on the phone about once a week and we have hooked up to play a couple of games on line. It was a pisser when his fiance could not find a job closer to home, as the music at our church has certainly nosed dived since then. For those of you who did not know, Lamprey is the tallest (6'4) and biggest (280ish) pianist I have ever known. Moreover he is the best I ever worked with.

Damissak moved to Chicago. Moved without a word, or without even calling to say that he was leaving. He was kinda like that. I had not spoken to him a few months when I called his house and found out that he had packed up and left. Kinda killed my lunch thoughts for that day.

I am kind of looking for something to play....mostly I have been ******** around with time waster games like Starwars Battlegrounds and some Mechwarrior game that Lamprey and I play on occasion.

Anyhow, that is all. Feel free to deluge me with personal updates of your own now.

Ahh...well that answers that then.

Of course, but taking a stance that contradicts my own you are branding yourself as an imbecile.

Well, we had a baby boy about 6 months ago and he's been keeping me pretty busy. (I *think* you knew that already hehe)

I've gone back to my old job in tool-n-die just before the baby was born, turns out I needed a steady check when having a baby in the house again and real estate was to hit and miss.

I've been playing WoW whick is ok, it's no EQ but it passes the time when I get some to burn. I'm really looking forward to D&D online, I hope they don't ***** that one up. *fingers crossed*

Other than that just more of the same...work,sleep, work, sleep.

Next time you talk to Lamprey tell him Akiea says hello!

I knew about the kid, as I read this forum and every once in a while check in with the old FoS one. If I did not say congratulations before ( I think I did ) I do so now.

'Sup Brentmaster-San!

I never was in FoS, but do miss the glory days of SoC. Of the old group we had, only myself, Sensue, Caddila and Caeseyador are still active. (and I dont even know if you played with Sens and Caes)

Haven't seen Dami on in ages, and neither has my girlfriend. I did tell him to call you. Guess he didn't.

Say hello to Chinto for me, please.

Cheerio!

I remember Sensue of course but not the other one you mentioned. I am suprised Caddila is still playing, but I guess not that much since she only dedicated 96 percent of her waking hours to the game back when I played.

I will probably end up hearing from Damissak eventually, thanks for passing on the request.

De-lurked for this thread to give a hearty "Halloo!" to all my old friends in FoS.

Playing Bawdy the Dwarven Warrior and hanging out with the great folks from the "Golden Age" of Allakhazam forum posters in FoS. Good times.

Lately, I've been playing WoW since it came out. My current Dwarven Warrior, Wonk, is now level 60, guild founder of Myth Adventurers (see website link in sig.) and essentially retired - usually brought out for instance runs. I had burned out for a bit and took a 2 month break from WoW.

I thought I had successfully weaned myself off the teat of WoW, yet through dastardly machinations, my wife lured be back in and I'm now playing random alts. Yes, I still have alt-itis, but hey, at least I finally maxed out a character!

WoW succeeded where EQ and DAOC failed by enabling my wife to overcome her shyness and make friends in-game. She plays a level 60 Priest Night Elf. She's a terrific healer and quite popular in her guild.

We play on Feathermoon (RP) server. If anyone decides to get into WoW, send me a whisper via any of the following characters:

Alliance Side
-------------
Wonk - Level 60 Dwarf Warrior
Roame - Level 40 Night Elf Druid
Rhyswin - Level 19 Human Paladin
Wonky - Level 31 Gnome Mage
Grungy - Level 18 Dwarf Hunter
Gnoogie - Level 15 Gnome Warrior
Wheezer - Level 15 Gnome Rogue
Fizzletwitch - Level 16 Gnome Warlock
Belfry - Level 12 Dwarf Priest

Horde Side
----------
I have a level 5 Tauren Warrior, but I'm gonna reroll him as a Druid tonight. Kind of burned out on the warrior thing.

I can only imagine how awesome a reformation of FoS would be like in WoW. If such a thing were to happen, I'd roll a new character in a heartbeat on any server.

When not playing pc (WoW) or x-box games (KOTOR), we spend a lot of time fixing up our home (i.e., painting rooms) and do battle with my lawn. Work has been steady as a contracting tech writer in Maryland since we moved out here in June 2004.

However, the idea of eventually moving back to San Francisco grows stronger by the day for both my wife and I. We'll most likely move back there next summer if all goes as planned. Hey, then I'll partake in one of those awesome West Coast Beer-fests with Totem!

Anyhoo, hope all is well with everyone!
