I'm not a big fan of Freddy myself - living close to Belgium means you get to drink the real stuff, and not the Dutch owl **** - but you gotta hand it to Heineken; they know how to play the audience.
Oh, by the way, usually we're better dressed. Judging the accent of the actors, I'd say they are Dutch though.
p.s. 2: canals are few and far between.
p.s. 3: Windmills? I think Holland has about 20 left. Tops.
