Well a lot of things have been going on within my company as of late. Many of you know that I work in the car insurance business and that I work for Titan Auto Insurance.

Well last year our company was bought out by Nationwide, so naturally as it usually does it took them a while to move in on us. But in the last couple months we have been fully assimilated within the giant corporate business that Nationwide is.

The major benefit that this means to all of us currently employed is that were getting more money. Everyone in the company is doing the usual ******** behind the managers backs about not being paid enough and a multitude of other things as well.

Well Im finally at a point where I have decided to do something about it. Today I typed out a ten page proposal and Im going to be sitting down with the manager of all the stores and putting my proposal for more money in front of him.

I feel really strongly about this and I think I have a strong possibility of getting it. Ive already recognized that even if I dont get it I can still find what I can do to get to the point that I can make the raise.
