My son woke me up at 4 a.m. because he had thrown up. Yay.

So now, here I sit... on my second cup of coffee, hoping I don't have to miss work today because I had planned on taking tomorrow off already, and I hate leaving the people I work with hanging for two days.

Just a pointless post brought to you by someone who is overjoyed at having a small child right now, because sleep is soooo overrated.

Aegis, my son is 3 1/2 and he *still* likes to wake up during the night. And he sleep-walks. I'll get up around 2 to go to the bathroom and I usually find my son asleep at the foot of our bed, or in the middle of the living room floor. And that's when he's not waking me up at 3 to ask if it's time to go to the sitter's.

Git, I remember those days. Insomnia sucks, but being able to sleep in is great. I may be able to do that again in another 5-10 years. Smiley: yippee

4:05 AM.. Work at 10:30, and I can't fall asleep for the life of me. Irony is, I take this medicine for OCPD which makes me feel incredibly tired, but yet I cannot sleep.

When I was a kid, I shared a bed with my sister.

She was woken up in the middle of the night once by my vomitting all over her.

Yay for barfy kids!
