Sainthood bid opens for John Paul

A bid to make John Paul II a saint begins in earnest on Tuesday when the Vatican starts sifting possible evidence of a miracle by the late Pope.

Hundreds of letters and e-mails in praise of John Paul's holiness have already arrived, the Vatican said.

Normally, the procedure does not start until five years after death. Pope John Paul died less than three months ago.

How long until I start getting:

"Sign your name at the bottom of this E-Petition to show you believe in the holiness of John Paul! If you send this to 5 people, a cool graphic will go across your screen of the Virgin Mary! For real! It worked for me, just do it!"

I mean, come on. The fucker has all eternity up there right? Do you really need to rush this thing along?

I bet he's like "Hey, come on people, I just got here, you're embarrassing me in front of The Big J-dawg. He's poking fun at me calling me a suck-up!"

Seriously though... Emails? Heck, I
could get emails verifying my holiness. Who knew it was that easy?

The dirt has not even settled on his grave. At least wait till the tombstone has a crack or two.

+1 Bid for Thundra for Sainthood.

There you go, your already on your way. Does it go like the game of HORSE where you get one letter for each vote.

Do you know S. Thundra?

Sadly most of my followers are procrastinators.

They swear they'll send in the emails tomorrow though, so here's hoping.

It does say to love thy brethren, no?

Edit: What the fuck? I just noticed this "Demea" shit. Party foul motherfucker. Now when the forum of the future talks about how lame Twiztid was some noobs may not get the reference and still think "that Demea guy is aight, I guess".

What in the hell do you all think socks are for? If you don't like your username, start the fu
ck over. None of this clean new name complete with your old karma and post count.

Nothing makes you appreciate your uber main account more than getting your sock blasted to sub-default.

*shrug* I bet it was fun while it lasted. I gotta say, the part where you compared "your" karma to "Skeet's" while you cried about it all Nonlinear style was cute.

I'm sorry. All "Nonlinear" style? I don't really even know who that poster is, much less know what his 'style' is.

We're letting non-regulars have styles now? Why wasn't I informed?

Sure you don't want to do the traditional "Hey admins! Check my IPs!" to proclaim your innocence? No?

Sure?

Okay then...

Come on Joph. How long have we been posting here? I know they look at IPs, I know they check them for other users, what IP I post from is meant to be a joke for the admins pleasure only. Sadly we have one that can't help but flex his E-peen to all the forum regulars when ever the opportunity arises. Do you really think I've never argued with myself in the past just to get a rise out of the forum? The admins laughing harder than the rest due to their ability to see who is posting from which IP address?

Well, I guess the only way to tell 'when Thundra gets his account back' will be when he stops sucking then, huh?

I guess it's too late to have Thundra start posting under Skeet's account with a "Thundra IP"?

Fucking Kao, you ruin all the fun.

I'd do that but I'm pretty sure he'd just blame me of using a proxy server that traces back to Colorado.

I'm gonna need someone to put together a timeline complete with link to related threads and posts, a graph (preferably in Excel), and a works cited page detailing all of the above topics. If you could get that to me before you leave today, that would be great.

Umm....yeah....I'm going to need to you to come in on Saturday.

Did you get the memo? Yeah, we're putting over letters on all TPS reports now, so if you could just do that, that'd be great.

I'll go ahead and have somebody at the office send you another copy of that memo.

Of course, what the hell was I thinkin?

On a completely unrelated note, didn't you have a sock at one point named God? Or a derivative? I seem to remember something like that.

What, you mean litteraly spelled God? Most likely. But don't let the spelling of certain words get you confused, just look for content.

God isn't the nom de plume I like to go by now a' days.
