I do have one question to ask. Why are is your title the name of a scaly anteater Joph? Am I missing the subtle reference to some sort of mythical animal or supernatural wit?

No, it was in reference to an older thread. I think the short answer was that they didn't know what to title me at 10k so they picked Pangolin because in a thread where people were relating themselves to animals, I said I was like a pangolin. Kao made remark that it was subject to change if I wanted.

I did ask Danalog once to switch it to Earwig in homage to Tare's nickname for me but he never did and I don't care enough to raise a fuss over it.

Yeah, stop rating down threads I'm trying to read.

Having people talk about me like this makes me feel all Hollywood and stuff.

Positive? Jophiel. I have yet to see anyone that can keep a beef with him going. If we all went to war against each other, he would most likely be the one sent out to work out a diplomatic solution between the sides.

Now if you say "twist" in a negative way, I think that back in the day, no one quite pwned the board (myself included) like the Thundra/Skeet partnership.

Depends what you mean by 'influential'. Meanwhile:

Agree that there's the 2004 and the 2005 versions.

2004: Jophiel, Totem, Smasharoo and a tie for 4th between Flea/Moebius and maybe Kaolian.

2005: Jophiel, Bhodisattva, Kaolian (until recently - come back Kao!) and Flea

If we're voting for Post-*****/agitant/joker/shit-stirrer:

Bhod, Joph, Me, Drac, (and newcomers:) Drac, Youshutup and Nephthys.

At least we're all agreed it ain't Al'Katie Smiley: lol

Not down with this thread. Everyone pops up with a good zinger thread from time to time. Frankly, this could only be construed as an opportunity to brown nose someone for political gain.

The most influential poster is you. Because if you weren't here then someone somewhere at some point in time would have one less thing to laugh/argue/flame about.

I'd have to say that nobody could make posters love/hate at their will like Smash could.

Thundra was close, but burned out too often too many times. Smash was a pretty consistant force on the boards.

Jophiel, because he's the most likely to have his stats totally break any given calculation system applied to all posters
