And is facing felony charges...

I dunno my favorite attack on the 1st amendment is Richard Perle former chair of the Defense Policy Board. He is a player in the Bush administration that is seldom heard of like Rove but pretty big.
Anywho the guy has been involved in a number of questionable dealings. Such as getting hired on for 125,000$ to lobby the on behalf of a business for a military contract with the Pentagon. He got an extra 600,000 dollar bonus if the contract went through. Turn out the Defence Policy Board that he chaired (he resigned chair seat after this became public but continues to sit on the board) was responsible for forming and giving the Pentagon its decision on which way to go in the matter.
Anyways a New Yorker magazine reporter named Seymour Hersh exposed one of these dirty little deals. Now Perle drops the usual rhetoric claiming that Hersh was "the closest thing American Journalism has to a terrorist". He then threatened to sue Hersh and the New Yorker, but since Hersh was protected by those pesky 1st amendment rights and he threatened to sue them in England where there is no such thing.
It never happened at least as I recall more than likely cause what Hersh was saying was true but still, having to goto a foreign country to get around an american law in order to go after someone that exposed your near on acceptance of bribery just shows how low and despicable the guy is.

There's got to be more to the story that they don't mention. The media is notorious for doing that.
When was the last time you transcribed your schoolwork into your journal? I only use my journal to list the names of people who I like/like. Or maybe someone who I like, but I don't like/like them.... you know....

It's just lunacy, I can't help but think there HAS to be more to this story. If this is all there is to it...
I just don't believe that anyone could be so stupid as to not be able to seperate fact from fiction. I would also have serious qualms about fourth ammendment proceduers being trampled over anyway. Isn't a private journal somthing you have expectations of privacy in?
Kentucky is a scary, scary place.
Worst part is his own fuc[u][/u]king grandparents blew the whistle on him. I guess they really hated the poor kid.
