The Karma system is an utter joke. For long time posters it is largely irrelevant, as it would take a sustained coordinated camping to significantly impact Karma. As a result, it gets abused as a means of gagging any new poster who does anything that disturbs the sentimentalities of the few. Now, you even have ADMINS encouraging karma camping. Are you serious that this is the intention of the system?

If you think back to some of the more legendary controversial posters, I am thinking the Smasharoos and Tacosids of this world, they would have been Karma camped to oblivion almost immediately under the current regime, as they came along and challenged the status quo.. and these are posters who have done more to keep these boards interesting and captivating than half of the CJing morons who frequent these parts today.

Seriously, it is a system that alienates any new poster who might be prepared to add a bit of spice around here.

To all of you karma whoring cowards who are not prepared to grow a sack and fight back using words, you know who you are you little **** slapping ******** f[/b]uck you and the cu[b]nts you came out of.

Finally, you should keep the Admins on a tighter leash, and remove favoritism from their job descriptions. It would be helpful if they kept their posting rate down too.

another thought on this as well is the Karma system is not working properly when you have someone creating socks to rate their "main" account up, or to rate down others. So if you want to complain about one category of people, then complain abvout everyone. If you only want to bash one set of people without recognizing the karma system being played with in many ways then shut up and have a nice day

Isn't she a beauty! Kaolains (Aministratus Maximus) in the wild rarely lash out at any other species because they are a docile homonid who prefer solidarity. But look what happens when they are provoked!! I'd take a croc any day over a pissed Kaolain! Let's get out of here before the Kaolain sences our presence!
