You'd be surprised. When Totem posted his little Dork thread in the FFXI Forum, they managed to get him to Scholar. Keep in mind he has over 10k posts.
I asked an admin about that the other night out of curiosity...he said Totem got over 5k of negative votes from that thread.

The only problem with that is that you'll have people linking this thread when you start and it may fall short. Besides, you type better then Varrus and you never use "baby". If you want to truely pull it off, you better start working
