Anthropologists make a strong case that as we develop culturally the average quality of life falls drastically.
In other words, in first world civilization, most of us work our asses off so that a higher class can live in comfort and enjoy free time. My only argument is that we end up having better health care.. But, do you ever get the feeling like you are a biological workbot (as opposed to a mechanical one) and your health care only serves to put you back on the conveyor belt of the workforce?
